Guided by the masterplan, the two volumes unfold as a dialogue between the city and the horizon — the lower building anchoring the pedestrian rhythm of the boulevard, while the taller tower rises to capture sea, harbour, and park views. The arrival sequence is transformed into a cultural moment, where a 9-meter-high gallery invites the public inside, while the branching facade and layered podium organize living and social spaces, creating an organic rhythm that connects every residence to its surroundings and frames daily life with light, views, and shared experiences.​
