A dual-tower residential development emerging from its masterplan origins, defined by a sculptural branching facade that shapes a landmark presence within Downtown Mina. ​Guided by the masterplan, the two volumes unfold as a dialogue between the city and the horizon, with the lower building anchoring the pedestrian rhythm of the boulevard, while the taller tower rises to capture sea, harbour, and park views.

A 9-meter-high lobby arrival sequence integrates a public art gallery as a cultural threshold between city and home, while above, a two-tiered podium layers active social spaces on the lower level closer to the park, with quieter restorative amenities on the upper level, creating a sense of connection with its context. 

A facade of curved precast elements cradles balconies like branching forms in nature. Individually shaped balcony edges create an organic, sculptural rhythm that gives the towers a distinct architectural identity while connecting each residence to its surroundings.
