This commercial office furniture showroom project specified a VITA | Fireplaces GIOIA | Single-Sided Suspended Vapor-Fire model. It is now installed and makes the perfect addition to this seating area in the Office Furniture Group Inc. Showroom in Canoga Park, California, USA.
The project specified a 10ft. ceiling application. To accommodate the floor to ceiling requirements our talented designers and fabricators adjusted the standard 9ft ceiling application design to accommodate the space with an additional foot of flue pipe length.
A custom anchor was also manufactured and designed for the project specific requirements. The anchor is what holds the suspended fireplace in place and is installed above the finished ceiling, usually affixed to concrete substrate, structural beams, or any other means incorporated architecturally into the building. The fire feature is hard-plumbed for continuous enjoyment of the Vapor-Fire flame effect which runs on regular tap water as a fuel source. The client’s choice of media was Midnight Black Stones.
