The OneTwoHouse is a detached house that creates an optical illusion with its external shape: although it looks like a semi-detached house, it is actually a single detached house. The offset cubes and the symmetrical façade create the impression of two separate units, which are nevertheless united under one roof. The spacious first floor houses the public areas of the house and opens generously onto the garden.

The high rooms and the delicate wooden ceiling create a light, inviting atmosphere that makes the transition to the private area on the upper floor smooth and harmonious. The carefully positioned window openings frame the outside space and create a strong connection between inside and outside. The family's private retreat is located on the upper floor. Here, the bedrooms are deliberately kept compact to ensure an intimate, cozy atmosphere. The large hallway area acts as a lifeline that connects all the rooms and offers the family members space to meet and retreat at the same time.

The name OneTwoHouse not only describes the external appearance of the house, but also the feeling of unity and reciprocity that can be felt inside the building. The architecture conveys a balance between the feeling of openness on the first floor and tranquillity on the upper floor. This fusion of two seemingly separate worlds under one roof is reflected in the details of the house.
