OBJECTIVE
The client wanted a regional HQ, reflecting the core values of the Danish corporate structure; flat hierarchy, openness and transparency. However, the idea was to also keep the daily users’ wellbeing in focus and at the same time be able to align this with the vision of Pandora’s core business - creating beautiful products of a very high quality.

CHALLENGE
The client approached us with other regional offices as a design reference but made it clear that they expected the workplace in Dubai to have a touch of the UAE regional culture.

SOLUTION
The final result is a welcoming and vast, open office. Half of the space is a dedicated “community space” where internal Pandora employees can collaborate over a cup of coffee or lunch. In addition, external stakeholders (the franchisers) can be received and entertained for product launches or other informal gatherings in this space. The other half is furnished with electrical height adjustable workstations and in-between touchdown spaces for ad-hoc collaboration.
