SKAARA ARKITEKTER AS as Architects

New replacement cabin, custom made and adapting to the different levels of the rocky site. The dramatic terrain is underlined by a dynamically formed roof.

The upper part of the living area culminates in a glass tower that highlights the direction towards the sea at the northern tip of Jomfruland across the fjord.

The body of the building blocks the natural valley to the west and, along with a long stretched storage building and pool, frames an intimate outdoor space that captures the evening sun.
