For the office building at Parque Austral, our main goal was maximizing the usable space, which led us to opt for a single circulation corridor. Along this corridor, we incorporated intermediate spaces serving as reception areas for the offices, each offering its own distinct atmosphere.
This idea sprang from a desire to break the monotony of the corridor and give it an open, spacious feel to avoid any sense of confinement. Our vision for these areas – the reception, the corridor itself, and the offices – was to blend seamlessly, forming the heart of the project with its own unique character.
We wanted tenants to be able to customize their spaces according to their needs. Once we had this core structure in place, it allowed us to be flexible with the offices, adjusting their size and number as demand dictated.
