This project deals with the rehabilitation of a flat in the neighborhood of Eixample in Barcelona.
This project adapts the flat space, at the original state of the 19th century, to nowadays needs.
The rooms are placed near the street facade. In the central part, there are the bathrooms. On the side that faces the internal court of the block, there is a sitting room, kitchen and dining room.
The primarily work involved restoring the original doors and windows, as well as the mosaic pavement patterns of the floor. Finally, to achieve the suitability of a modern house, installation and equipment in an art nouveau shell has been implemented.
