In this duplex apartment, the main challenge was the integration of environments, to provide the customer with greater comfort and a feeling of spaciousness when using it.

For this on the ground floor, we integrated the balcony into the apartment, glazing the environment and transforming it into a living room. The kitchen was fully planned to meet the customer's needs, with planned joinery and a central island.​

The suite is "hidden" behind the joinery panel, depriving the space and giving it less visibility. Using the panel, a small closet and master bathroom were designed.​

On the upper floor, we have a large gourmet area, where a retractable cover was installed to create a shaded space that is useful on hot days.
