The 93m² apartment, located in São Paulo, was in its original state when the clients sought out the LCAC office to carry out a renovation, adapting the house to meet the family's needs.
The project proposed changes that aimed at greater integration of spaces and updating of environments that were underutilized, such as a suite and a service bathroom. In addition, all adaptations and new installation of electrical and hydraulic points were carried out.
With the demolition of the toilet and the wall that belonged to the old suite, it was possible to expand the living room and create a hall for the bedrooms with space for the residents' musical instruments. In addition, the new layout of the layout allowed the construction of an office that also serves as a guest room.
All the joinery was designed by the architecture team, thinking about meeting the needs of customers in each space.
