Project of an apartment-building situated in a zone which has as a limit of height of eight stories, and that borders a residential area. The land with two fronts and steep slope to the back street has access through public square which has continuity in the ground floor with “garden” apartments. The building has two underground levels, seven similar floors and duplex penthouses. The building stands out in the landscape what allows for all the facades to receive sunlight and to have a view. The apartments have one bed-room, an integrated living-room and kitchen has large windows and the terrace is incorporated in the area of the living-room. The materials and colors used are neutral, with an external wall in terracotta ceramic that crosses the building longitudinally, black aluminum frames, and volumes marked with two shades of grey. On the entrance there is an egg-yellow aluminum marquise that demarks the base of the building. The common areas of the ground-floor are in travertine marble and freijó-wood with tropical gardens in various tones of green.
