A 8,000 sq. ft. historical townhouse, half a block from Central Park in the Upper East Side, was converted from rental apartments into high end loft-style condominiums. The apartments were transformed into mini lofts, where the separation between the living and sleeping areas was created by two oversized shoji screens. The yellow mini kitchen and the blue bathroom have walls covered with Bisazza tiles.
