Buzzi & Buzzi, well-known leader at international level in the lighting sector, once again gives an incredible light effect to a sophisticated luxury villa. Together with the partner and collaborator Ogarrio Zapata Arquitectos, a Mexican design and construction company headquartered in Los Cabos, it gives life to an exclusive mansion with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.
The alternation of outdoors and indoors makes the design of the villa extremely harmonious, and big glass windows give it great added value. In this way, natural sunlight comes into the cozy and comfortable domestic environment, flooding all the surfaces of the minimal and modern furniture. Instead, the genius and the taste of Buzzi & Buzzi add value to the internal and external environment in the evening and during night hours, calculating the lighting of the shadow areas. A deep design and research project has been made in order to produce refined but even basic space experiences. At a glance, it is a pleasant sight for a critical look which pays attention to interior design details.
The outstanding expertise of Buzzi & Buzzi in the lighting sector and its high quality products are perfect for the architectural needs of the villa.
For the living area, the luminaires JACOBOX and BITRIX have been chosen. Jacobox is a totally disappearing square recessed light with adjustable rearward light source installable on plasterboard or brick walls and ceilings made of AirCoral®. Instead, Bitrix is a totally recessed rectangular luminaire with double adjustable backward light source made of AirCoral® and installable on plasterboards ceilings.
The balance given by the perfect union of technology and elegance is the distinctive feature of the two products, which are able to purify the indoor air and improve the quality of life. AirCoral® is an innovative new material created by Buzzi & Buzzi, patented and certified by the TCNA (Tile Council of North America). It is characterized by its eco-active, anti-polluting, anti-bacterial and photocatalytic properties effectively improving the quality of life for those inhabiting the areas where it has been installed even when the luminaire is switched off.
IDROUT, a product which perfectly fits with the choices of the indoor lighting, has been used to highlight the surfaces of humid environments and outside areas.
IDROUT is a totally disappearing square recessed luminaire made of Coral WaterOut®; thanks to its characteristic linear, neat and minimal design, it is able to perfectly integrate indoor and humid surfaces, guaranteeing impermeability and long duration over time.
BLADE IP65, a modular recessed lighting with rearward light source made of Coral WaterOut® of the outdoor collection, has been chosen to emphasize the corridors and the external passages of the exclusive villa. Horizontal lines illuminate the corridors, creating fabulous lighting effects and enhancing the optical white wall. Blade can be used in multiple modules with one or two counterposed light sources that illuminate its external body.
Once again, Buzzi & Buzzi has been able to give value to a high level housing solution: the perfect marriage of the skills of leading experts in the lighting world.
