Architecture becomes a framework for social interaction through generous shared lounges on each floor—true extensions of the dwellings—designed to accommodate collective uses and moments, and to offer breathing spaces that help break isolation. From these shared areas, a private vestibule is created for each dwelling, where use once again dictates form.

Loggias provide the ornamentation of the façades and enrich all residential typologies. Accessible from the bedroom, living room, or kitchen, they become animated spaces and an additional “room” for each member of the household.

The 107 dwellings, combined with shared spaces and neighborhood-oriented retail, contribute to an inclusive and attentive city. The building becomes a place, a resource, and an opportunity to create shared life, at the heart of a block long shaped by the transition between the urban core and the outer metropolitan ring.
