This project set out to complete a high-end villa in a time- and cost-effective manner by combining modular 2.5-by-6-meter steel units.  The site lies on an inclined plot at the southernmost point of Minamiboso City, with an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean. To keep earthworks to a minimum, the design adopted a split-level arrangement that responds to the natural topography, placing two detached wings at ground level with the main residence above. New Avenue — Residential Development at Avenue of United Europe in Żory The planned multi-family residential development is a contemporary response to the needs of the city's residents: comfortable apartments, safe shared spaces, and a structured urban layout that builds genuine neighbourhoods — not just an "address." The scheme comprises 6 nine-storey residential buildings with 2 levels of underground parking. The buildings are grouped into three pairs, each connected by internal recreational courtyards located on the rooftops of the garage sections. Located in Çayyolu, Ankara, the project is conceived as a prestigious residential development on a sloping and elongated site. The architectural approach is shaped by the site’s strong topographical character and its relationship with the surrounding landscape. Composed of three residential blocks resting on a continuous podium, the project positions itself within the luxury housing segment while questioning conventional residential models. Hartdene Barns is a stunning, newly-completed collection of nine luxury, carbon-net-zero eco homes, set within forty acres of land within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in the UK’s green belt, close to the villages of Hartfield and Cowden on the border of West Kent and East Sussex. The development was designed by architects Nissen Richards Studio for Q New Homes. Located in the Seferihisar district of İzmir, the project is conceived as a contemporary residential settlement that foregrounds the relationship between landscape, topography, and the coastline. The masterplan establishes a continuous spatial experience with the sea through two pedestrian pathways connecting the site to the pier and the shoreline. The residential building on Shchepova Street is a comfort-class development that combines residential and commercial functions, creating a pleasant environment both for the residents and for the surrounding neighborhood as a whole. An urban positioning for a small suburban house. A light, sensitive, and living skin that transforms throughout the day. A rounded volume that plays with openings, shadows, and textures to evoke the pleats of a petticoat, the vaporous outlines of a cloud, and the softness of interiority. The residents wish to enlarge the living room and imagine a new dining area. The project takes the form of a pleated curve that slides between the right wing and the garden. Architecture becomes a framework for social interaction through generous shared lounges on each floor—true extensions of the dwellings—designed to accommodate collective uses and moments, and to offer breathing spaces that help break isolation. From these shared areas, a private vestibule is created for each dwelling, where use once again dictates form. Within the new urbanist development of Civano, one of the last undeveloped lots was purchased with the hopes of providing housing for multiple persons. We worked with the city and the neighborhood to design a ‘non’ duplex: a residence with a primary and secondary but technically not a true duplex. "Il Parco dei Gelsi" is a residential complex funded by private investors that was born from the desire (which we share with the clients) to create a housing area with a low environmental impact. Located in an established suburb of Melbourne, The Courtyard and Garden House has a compact, modest footprint and has been sensitively sited to retain existing trees. This approach is the antithesis of many large new developments in the area that erase important existing ‘backyard’ ecologies. Caption The new family home prioritizes longevity and sustainability.
