Nine efficient houses in a residential neighborhood, under construction, in the province of Padua. Houses of various sizes, intended for sale, comfortable in terms of space, designed to ensure a comfortable, healthy, safe and qualified way of living for families with different needs. A research for a 'home product' in line with market demands and competitive in terms of costs. The project does not intentionally pursue complex shapes, virtuous projections, articulated geometries, but reaffirms the use of simple, balanced and stable volumes, functional to the daily practical needs and functional to the efficiency of the building.
