Quay Property for Waterrijk Woerden in the urban plan by West 8. Recently we, Inarchitecten, a house yielded Lake Balaton number 49 in Woerden, the "Quay House" or as the West 8 urban design in their name; "Quay House". These are privately commissioned with the houses in a continuous row. In this case, they preformed semi-underground parking facility, so the houses about 1200 mm above street level start. One enters via a ramp on the street then the entrance (From this room you can go to the underground parking), living room, kitchen, terrace and scaffolding to the water. The ground floor and the first floor are connected by a large void.


The wall material consists of a slatted structure of 46 x 33 mm, depending on the situation, the between size up to 50 mm. The wood is Fraké (preserved by Plato Intenational) and is 'untreated' are provided.
