This single-family residence which sits on a Salt Lake City bench with a comanding view of the valley. At 3,200 square feet, this residence is a simple spatial structure with minimal exterior material expression. It sits parallel to the slope of the landscape and blends into the hillside with consideration to the sun and wind forces. The interiors are also minimal and include bamboo, douglas fir, colored concrete, radiant heated floors and painted gypsum board.
