The apartment is set within a refined residential building, defined by generous windows that span its façades and establish a constant dialogue with the exterior. Starting from an open floor plan, the project had the opportunity to construct a precise spatial organization, where a central corridor clearly articulates the transition between the social and private areas.

Natural light became the silent protagonist of the project. Flowing generously from the perimeter—where the main gathering spaces are located—it bathes every corner, transforming daily experience into a vibrant, open gesture. The living room, dining room, family room, and breakfast area are linked beneath a single ceiling plane that, by extending, broadens the perspective and suggests continuity. Between them, a lattice like furniture piece rises as a delicate boundary: it divides without interrupting, accompanies without imposing, and by not touching the ceiling, allows light and perspective to flow freely.

The differentiation between zones is also expressed through the selection of materials. In the social area, a dark marble floor establishes a striking contrast with warm finishes that appear in specific moments, such as the marble framing the fireplace. Complementary toned carpentry reinforces this visual tension, while a ceiling of slender wooden strips introduces rhythm and warmth, accompanied by lighting designed to accentuate the atmosphere of the space.

In the private area, oak flooring provides sobriety and continuity. The secondary bedrooms maintain a timeless language, while the master bedroom and office gain prominence through smoked eucalyptus paneling, underscoring their hierarchy within the architectural program.

The bathrooms revisit the concept of contrast on a more intimate scale: walls in warm tones, dark floors, and black fixtures that bring unity and sophistication. The kitchen, meanwhile, integrates black quartz countertops and elm style cabinetry, achieving a subtle balance between contrast and harmony.

The project is completed with a selection of furniture that dialogues with the interior architecture, reinforcing the warmth of the materials, the balance between contrasts, and the contemporary character that defines each space.
