Red Salt Meat&Wine Restaurant

370studio as Architects

We faced the difficult task of creating an intimate premium space in a corner premises with a triangular plan, with two glazed walls.
We focused on timeless elegance and colors, which are associated with the wines and steaks served in the restaurant. It is dominated by deep red falling into burgundy, noble wooden brown and gold surfaces and details complementing the whole.

Of course, we could not miss what we like the most in design, i.e. flavors: the name Red Salt is burned on a block of pink (so-called red) salt at the entrance, the stone pattern on the tables brings to mind the marbled structure of seasoned beef and the only full wall of the premises changes completely depending on the angle from which we look at it.
