This project is emblematic due to both its timing and its location within the future Malepère district. It was the result of a collaborative effort involving developers, urban planners, architects, and municipal departments. The six buildings in our scheme feature decidedly contemporary facades and are designed to foster livable urban spaces.

Architecturally harmonious, the buildings open onto a fully landscaped central courtyard that accommodates a variety of uses, such as a pétanque court and communal terraces. A base clad in grey metal slats provides transparency at the ground-floor level, which is dedicated to parking. Each entrance is highlighted by planters filled with greenery. Rising above this base to a height of 25 meters are volumes finished in fine-textured white render, punctuated by recessed red brick sections.
