In the immediate vicinity of the tennis facilities at Rothenbaum, another BAID project is being developed in the segment of high-quality residential construction. In strict adherence to the preservation ordinance applicable to this area, a bulding has been planned that both satisfies the particular architectural requirements for volume and exterior and,at the same time, fulfills the residents demands for contemporary and spacious urban living. 

In this context, five multi-storey townhouses, six apartments with loggias, and one penthouse with terraces will be constructed above the shared underground car park.

The design standards, already apparent from the exterior, are also evident in the interior, both in the development of the floor plans and in the design of the communal areas. Here, high-quality materials and bulit-in fixtures are discreetly and elegantly applied, reflecting a metropolitan sense of ease and precise craftmanship. 

Additinally, for some of the residential units, individual designs will be coordinated and implemented in consultation with the owners.
