Located in San Isidro, just a few meters from the Lima Golf Club, S4N70 explores a new way of inhabiting the city through architecture that responds both to its immediate context and the logic of the site. Its design emerges from the L-shaped geometry of the lot, organizing the program into two independent towers: an inner tower, oriented towards a central patio that captures light and a sense of openness, and a front tower, which takes advantage of Santo Toribio Avenue’s openness to project its views toward the golf course. This layout not only addresses the spatial conditions of the site but also optimizes lighting, ventilation, and privacy in each unit.
The architectural language of S4N70 embraces honest materiality and energy efficiency. The exposed concrete façade with a wood-plank texture minimizes maintenance and eliminates the need for paint, while a black ceramic brick lattice filters light, regulates interior temperature, and serves as a support for vegetation. These choices are not merely aesthetic gestures but strategies to integrate the building with its surroundings and enhance environmental comfort. In terms of sustainability, the project incorporates a greywater reuse system for irrigation, low-consumption faucets and lighting, motion sensors in staircases, and automated roller blinds to optimize natural light and interior temperature.
Designed for those who value design, efficiency, and a strong connection to their surroundings, S4N70 proposes a timeless and responsible architectural approach. More than just a building, it is an exploration of how we can inhabit Lima in a more balanced way—creating spaces that engage in dialogue with the city and redefine urban living.
