In 2022, Software Park by Monterro III expanded to 350m2 next to Monterro I office at Peakview Building, Hanoi Capital, with the current state of the old office having relatively new wall spaces. Therefore, VietDECOR is tasked with:
- Inheriting the current usable space.
- Redividing the space according to Monterro I & II standards.
- Still consider the expansion of the 6 people workspace into 12 or 18 people room.
- The function of this office is independent of Monterro I office next to it, so the Entrance, small & medium Meeting room, Breakout area and Utilities spaces are still needed to serve the needs of the office.
- Meeting rooms to ensure noise isolation during in-person or online meetings.
VietDECOR has carefully chosen the timber colour for doors, walls and woodgrain vinyl floors as the main harmonious connection between the old and the new.
Whoever is familiar with the office prior to the renovation will be very surprised, for they did not think there would be quite a few inherited and reused items that have been carefully and delicately handled by VietDECOR.
More importantly, although it is the third office, but a few commonalities are still connected to office I & II such as provate working spaces, from the doors, glass walls and furnitures including fixed desks, adjustable desks, … or floor carpets remain common identities of the office
