The 2024 expansion of the Scandinavian Software Park by Monterro marks the fourth project VietDECOR has successfully delivered to the client.
Spanning nearly 800m2 on the 12A floor of the same building, the space is strategically partitioned as follows:
The Central Hub: A versatile common area featuring an entrance lobby and an open breakout space. Designed as the heart of the office, it offers the flexibility needed for large-scale gatherings and town hall meetings.
The Focal Point: A low-profile logo at the entrance serves as a dedicated "checkpoint" for team photos, while maintaining an expansive, unobstructed view across the entire office floor.
Meeting & Focus Zones: Surrounding the central hub are four meeting rooms and one to two focus rooms, specifically designed for private discussions or high-concentration internet calls.
The "Park" Concept: Catering to a collective of various software sub-companies sharing the office space, the workspaces are designed as independent, self-contained units. Each office features its own access control system and is prioritized for maximum exposure to natural light, offering panoramic views through the building's glass facade.
Due to security protocols, photography of the active workspaces was restricted. However, while the Fit-Out and Furniture remains standardized, it features adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs of each office are customized with unique branding, colors, and decor to reflect its company identity.
Design Aesthetics
The project remains faithful to a signature Scandinavian style, utilizing natural palettes and light wood tones. Accent colors are strategically applied to meeting rooms for easy identification and visual character. Drawing inspiration from European design heritage, a double-layer fabric curtain system is optimized throughout the office to balance light and privacy. And same as other offices we did: functionality and utility are always our top priorities.
