Changzhi Science and Technology Innovation City, a light luxury small apartment community project containing a leisure block at the bottom, is committed to creating a themed, culturally creative and fashionable urban landscape and vitality stage!
The project is located in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, south of Jiaomaxi Avenue, north of Weiliu Road, west of Huihua Road, and east of Weiliu Branch Road. It has a unique geographical location.
In order to reflect the image and positioning of Changzhi City, combined with the concept of modern sustainable development, to create forward-looking products. We mainly have three design goals: to activate the overall plot through a reasonable overall layout and the organization of traffic and foot traffic; to skillfully compile the block business into the urban context and create a vibrant community with humanistic value; to participate in the shaping of the urban interface and create a pleasant urban shared space.
The commercial value of the base decreases from east to west and from north to south. Catching Horse Street, Huihua Road, Weiliu Road and Weiliu Branch Road are arranged with 600 meters long commercials along the street. There are openings on all four sides to access the site.
We will set up the main functional entrance of the project in the northeast corner of the base as the main direction of the flow of people, and introduce the flow of commercial people. There are two underground garage entrances and exits on Huihua Road and Weiliu Branch Road, which control the traffic diversion of commercial and office and the diversion of underground parking respectively. Supermarkets were arranged in the northwest corner of the weakest popularity, creating an opening connecting the main entrance to guide the flow of people, in order to revitalize the commercial atmosphere of the northwest corner where the commercial atmosphere of the venue was weaker.
Public spaces
The shaping of the commercial space at the bottom is the focus of activating the entire plot. Neighborhood commerce is deliberately fragmented, there are multiple commercial entrances on the urban interface, so that the project and the city form a story and context, create a real scene, share and connect, let people at different interfaces communicate and cooperate, so that creativity can occur in a city with stories, feelings and happiness.
How to create a beautiful and positive urban interface and a blocked public space is an important proposition of the project. The treatment of the bottom podium is an important element in successfully shaping the interface of the city. Through the design means to resolve the pressure brought by the super-large project, the use of close to the human scale, meticulous landscape, lighting, shop signs, installations, etc., to create a pleasant neighborhood environment. Sublimate the space of public life and the assets of cultural history into cultural inheritance, create a space sharing with pleasant scale, and shape the interface of sustainable urban life.
Apartment products
We conduct a meticulous value analysis in both vertical and horizontal dimensions to determine how to achieve the homogeneity of the space and maximize its value. The project mainly features four-meter and eight-bay boutique residential products with a small number of three-meter and two-bay economic small apartments, and in the corner position, the end of the balcony with luxurious landscape is set up to enlarge the apartment. At the same time, in the low-rise shops, the nine-meter-six column network is divided into two, which also ensures the rationality of the commercial opening.
Façade design
The façade design is a simple and modern design style, decorated with light gray aluminum tape to decorate the dark exterior wall, located in the corner position and at the end of the inclined decorative belt to set off the unique design of the large corner of the building and the entrance, with the entrance gray color block decorative panels, highlighting the unique temperament of fashion and elegance.
The building adopts a window wall system, which has good thermal insulation performance while giving each household sufficient lighting surface, which is both beautiful and comfortable. Each building is equipped with an inward independent office lobby, giving users a high-end and private office experience.
