The SERMA House is located in a residential area with privileged views of the Atlantic Ocean. The topography of the place forces the house to solve the access to a lower level with respect to the exterior space.

The owners wanted a home with functional spaces without giving up the beauty of the architecture in any way, for which flexible, spacious and bright spaces are proposed.

The treatment of the envelope is consistent with its interior, being very closed in the lateral direction, generating the greatest possible privacy with the adjoining plot and open in the transverse direction with large glazing that allows the relationship between the interior and the views and exterior spaces.

Silver aluminum and glass are the only materials that accompany the white of the facade. Natural light does the rest.

The interior lighting is designed with linear indirect lighting, supported by integrated point luminaires with invisible beams.

A fence to the street is projected, in coherence with the rest of the project, resolved by means of gray vertical slats, which allow the insinuation of the street from the exterior public space.

The house is developed on three levels, on the first level in contact with the street, the parking and storage spaces are developed, on the second level the day space of the house is developed together with the outdoor areas and on the third level the rooms are developed.
