Clad almost entirely in teak wood, the master bedroom is set apart from the rest of the apartment in it's dedication to earth tones and natural finishes. A black strip like groves runs along the wall, offering a visual break in the wood narrative. We wanted to create a sense of a headboard without making it bulky. The brass strips compliments on the wardrobe. Neutral linen curtains and a texture rug continue the natural palette but bring sense of softness to the space. An oval mirror suspended between the ceiling and floor, completes the tableau as a striking mid-century accent.
