With the experience of 3 previous refurbishments for the change of image of the ARSAN exhibitions in Cantabria, this small shop in the centre of Santander, very close to the Plaza de Toros, invited us to give another turn of the screw to the concept of integration of the windows, as this time it was a much smaller space than the previous ones. For this reason, the large glass frame on the façade was used and the previously very narrow entrance opening was enlarged to convert the entire shop into a large shop window, placing the windows and the large sliding frames around the perimeter in triangular structures and double bottoms.

To allow the shop to continue operating while the refurbishment was being carried out (except for the few days it had to be closed to fit the larger frames), the walls and the wooden structures supporting the windows were covered with silk white melamine and the floor with imitation wood laminate, also white. A red "Ferrari" vinyl was used to draw broken lines across the floor, wall and ceiling to create an effect of movement that attracts the attention of passers-by and the large number of cars on the avenue. Lighting was accentuated to the maximum, from the ceiling and also at the top and inside the structures, to break the reflection produced by the glass of the shop window during the day and to create a striking effect at night.

The final touch is a central counter for the two employees, with faceted faces made of lacquered wood, which perfectly matches the design of the Poly chairs. To accentuate the visual impact on the counter, several cubic pieces were placed on the ceiling at different heights, made from acoustic panels.
