We have planned an elongated building, which is situated along the Reischach stream and Bruneck's cemetery.
With three floors above ground
With a separate flat typology on each floor
Ground floor, flats with an atrium facing east and a garden facing west
1st floor, flats with a terrace facing east and a balcony facing west
2nd floor, flats with a loggia to the east and a balcony to the west
The "C" or balconies on the west façade have a social function in addition to an aesthetic one
This idea is based on an old idea of Friedrich Hundertwasser, who allowed residents of his buildings to give the façade around their window their own appearance.
