A project that shows how small architectural interventions can radically transform domestic space. In this apartment, the former kitchen was converted into a second bedroom to meet the needs of a young family, while the new living area unfolds as a single open environment combining lounge, dining, and kitchen — the true heart of everyday life.
The strength of the project lies in its bespoke furniture, conceived as integral architecture: linear volumes, essential proportions, and precise details create a balance between functionality and aesthetics. The result is an equipped yet fluid space, capable of adapting to evolving needs, where every gesture naturally finds its place.
Although smaller than before, the apartment feels more efficient and harmonious. A careful layout and integrated furnishings allow multiple functions to coexist without compromising comfort or spatial quality, turning compactness into an opportunity to improve livability.
Materials play a defining role: travertine, natural oak, Fenix Verde Commodoro laminate, and ribbed lacquered finishes in neutral tones build a refined dialogue of textures, combining warmth and clarity. Each surface contributes to a layered atmosphere, where distinct areas flow seamlessly within one coherent space.
A project that embodies our approach — designing environments where architecture and furniture merge into a single gesture, enhancing the quality of everyday living through balance, proportion, and thoughtful materiality.
