Client Brief and Expectations: 
Design a World Class facility for a Broad Casting and Networking Space. This facility will store the data, and broadcast, for various channels of the company across the globe. Redundancies on the technical requirements have to be N + N for each and every technical service. 

Challenges: 
The entire premise was to be designed on a 3 feet raised flooring with services from below floor and above ceiling and yet, all the spaces were to have an overall experience of an architecturally well designed, technically well laid and acoustically best performing space.

Concept and Design Approach:
A balanced approach on functionality with aesthetics, ensuring that the space is both technically advanced and visually appealing.
