This space came with unique challenges due to the specific news and expectations of the client within this industry. Balancing functionality and aesthetics while maintaining privacy and transparency was an extremely important aspect of this design challenge. An overlay of security considerations, technology integrations, brand representation, space optimization and yet managing stakeholder expectations was key to achieving a successful design output.
 

Concept and Design Approach:
Designing the entire space by balancing functionality, professionalism, and an inviting atmosphere. The space reflects the core values of trust, transparency, and innovation, aligning with the institution's brand identity. By marrying the aesthetics with function, the design ensures that the office is both client-friendly and operationally efficient. Incorporation of natural materials like wood and marble, a sense of warmth and sophistication gets created in the client-contact areas and usage of glass partitions maintains a sense of openness and transparency, while maintaining privacy and allowing penetration of natural light.
