Spree Timber Haus is a pioneering eco-residential tower redefining sustainable urban living in the heart of Berlin. The tower’s architecture is inspired by modular treehouse forms, composed of interlocking timber volumes with generous balconies, green terraces, and vertical gardens. Built primarily from cross-laminated timber (CLT), Spree Timber Haus is not only carbon-negative in construction but also acoustically warm and energy-efficient.
