The building is located on a slope from where you can enjoy views on the Danube river. For these reasons house is completely open on that side.

The building is free standing, surrounded by a garden. It consists of two duplex flats. Lower apartment has access to open swimming pool and the upper flat has a large roof terrace.

Terrain is cascading to a large garden. Difference in levels was used to create jardinières planted with various vegetation.
