Located in an early 19th century building, the restaurant is inspired by the informal atmosphere with a New York taste.
The essential and underground style develops through the careful choice of materials: the wood paneling in phenolic plywood, in some points interrupted by the square white tiles, are a reference to the coatings of the food shops of the past, and are placed in contrast with the industrial concrete floor.
The space spatially shows the lower level of the entrance, and then opens in front of the bar counter, oriented towards the room, and the kitchen area at the back.
