Situated on the fourth floor of De Waterkant Centre, this compact open-plan office for Steiner Tax Consulting, a German tax consulting firm with a strong local footprint, takes advantage of the incredible views of Cape Town’s urban skyline.

The full-height glazing applied to the boardroom and executive office results in natural light throughout the majority of the space. The use of tailormade steel screens define the space, and an abundance of greenery creates a sense of privacy where needed.

This modern and industrial workspace experience is enhanced through exposed soffit and services, while all workstations, storage and screens were tailormade and are complemented with a careful selection of informal furniture.

We opted for a neutral colour palette with tones of blue and grey to align with the client's corporate identity. This core palette is supported by accents of orange to create a vibrant, non-corporate, industrial look and feel culminating in a contemporary workspace that is inviting and modern.
