Studio#8 is a unique complex of the loft style apartments situated not far from the center of Moscow. The concept of the project - "Live and work" - is embodied in the combination of country tranquility and peaceful life with the capital's breakneck rhythm and cycle of events. The object of design is situated in the territory of the dilapidated factory. The architectural appearance of the complex was formed on the basis of several images: proximity to the village of artists "Falcon" and modern Dutch architecture. A basic principle of the renovation of facilities and the neighborhood is the creation of attic floors of different shapes, the introduction of a loft style, open public spaces. In the architectural exterior of the buildings two basic materials were used: dark brick and fanfold steel. The entrances to the buildings and French balconies decorated with natural wood. Graffiti on the walls became the hallmark of the quarter. T+T Architects specialists also developed the concept of internal public spaces, pedestrian areas, parking areas, facing of facades, interiors solutions and complex navigation system. Some apartments have access to the terrace in the attic level. The interiors of the apartments appeal to the loft style using an open plan, the decoration of brick, wood and metal. High window frames, attic floors are form-building parts for the interior of the complex. The concept of Studio#8 was awarded International Property Awards Europe’2013 as the Best architecture for the residential property.
