Sümer Towers business center, located on Erkilet Boulevard in Kocasinan district of Kayseri, was established in cooperation with Kirazlar İnşaat.

In this developing part of the city, Sümer Towers Business Center was designed in line with the business center needs that emerged with the construction of Kayseri Courthouse, Kayseri Tax Office and Abdullah Gül Universities.

Along with 88 office units in the business center, there are commercial units that will keep the life here on the base part of the building. In addition, the multi-purpose hall, where many organizations can be held, has become a part of the design.

In order to transform the offices into a brighter and more productive space, mostly transparent building elements were preferred on the facade.

In the western part of the land, open and closed parking areas have been created to serve all offices and trades.

In addition, air conditioning galleries have been designed on the facades of the blocks so that the air conditioners to be used by the offices do not create visual pollution on the facade, and these galleries are formed with aluminum profiles to prevent the pollution that will arise in the facade design.
