The elevation design aims to face-lift a small office building which is to be shared by 2 companies. Folded in alternate vertical runs of terracotta and glass screen, the elevation takes up and expands the rhythms of the adjoining residential block which in effect visually scaled up the office. The fold also flips outward and inward respectively in 2 vertical halves, signally the share and a relative individuality of the 2 companies. Five projected meeting rooms dramatize the task of communication which is the core activities of the prime estate consultant company going to move in. Cross-floor voids and a rooftop theatre further facilitate this task physically.
