In this place two country estates were once located, now we have designed a new residential district around a courtyard, where the charm of the original can be found. Dwellings with an old Dutch character enclose the car-free courtyard. Through the composition of many design elements - the diverse variation of the dwellings, the intriguing alleys beyond gateways and the green courtyard - an alluring and atmospheric neighbourhood has been created.
