The building is set on a 45 degree angle slope. The street is on the upper part and is the only access to the site. In order not to have a massive building on a residential street, we decided to go down with 7 of the ten stories and only three of them to let visible from the street. Seventh and eighth stories are parking spaces. The program of the building is apartments plus some amenities. Due to its configuration, four apartments fit per floor. All living and dining spaces have act as inverse funnels in order to have greater views towards protected natural green areas and help the design in order to have a curved shape as solar shade.
