Temp consists of four bodies divided by patios and bridges. The patios and bridges have three light facades. The building lies in a cruciform shape. The first axis in the cruciform, which is perpendicular to the street, is the entrance to each block of flats. The second axis on the cruciform acts as a garden that wraps around six palm trees. The palm trees distort and filter the views between the flats, the palms create an oasis within the Polanco neighborhood.
The main façade consists of; limestone rock, glass, wood panels, rock daggers and aluminium. Within the circulation axis the lighting and privacy of residents are protected with windows and walls 1.8 meters above the height of the bridges.
The elevator block is covered in limestone and the stairs are wrapped in suspended metal plates.
