Temporary timber construction

JOSEP as Architects

When a two-story industrial building needs to move temporarily, build a fully relocatable structure without ground sealing! Using a wedge-shaped plot, a packaging hall for Schutznetze24.de rests on supports and concrete blocks. Prefabricated lightweight container boxes, each with identical dimensions, form both floors.

The upper level boasts cozy elegance with ample spruce and ash wood, while the machinery operates on easy-to-maintain linoleum below. Visible accents: the assembly structure and grid-like floor joints create a logical atmosphere. When it's time to relocate, each module seamlessly fits onto a truck. And off goes the hall!
