Terrace Garden House

The residential development represents a state-of-the-art approach to contemporary urban living, where architecture and nature achieve an exemplary synthesis, while providing supreme quality of life for its residents. As a harmonious symbiosis of high-quality dwellings seamlessly integrated within a lush, vertical gardenscape, the residential project aims to transform the dilapidated urban area and surrounding public realm into a premium multi-unit residential complex.

The garden house concept embodies the fusion of tranquil living spaces with natural harmony. The design incorporates extensive landscaping throughout both the site and the building itself, featuring diverse botanical species. A system of flourishing vertical gardens integrated into balconies, terraces, and the green roof promotes biodiversity while creating an organically integrated architectural structure.

The building's technological infrastructure represents the cutting edge of smart home automation, featuring integrated systems, optimizing energy consumption, thermal comfort, and atmospheric quality. The sophisticated building management system allows residents to personalize their living environments through intuitive controls while maintaining optimal efficiency. These technological innovations will create versatile spaces that can be customized to accommodate individual residents' preferences and comfort requirements.

The architectural arrangement comprises two subterranean levels and four above-grade floors. The ground level is established at +538.15m above sea level. Elevators and stairwells provide vertical circulation. The -5.85m underground level is designated for parking facilities, while the -3.00m level houses mechanical systems. The ground floor (±0.00m) is allocated for commercial purposes, with the three upper levels at +4.90m, +8.80m, and +12.70m designated for residential use. Each residential floor features three apartments with balconies. The design incorporates a landscaped green roof accessible via a stairwell and elevator vestibule at +16.80m.

The material palette combines various types of high-grade exposed concrete, featuring variations in texture and tone, with warm timber accents and additional metalwork. The pristine white aluminum curtain wall system is complemented by frameless glass balustrades, creating an ethereal transparency enhancing the building's sculptural qualities. Floor-to-ceiling glazing maximizes natural illumination while offering panoramic views of the surrounding cityscape. Thoughtfully integrated architectural lighting transforms the structure into a luminous beacon at night, highlighting its organic forms while maintaining residential privacy.
