This luxury sea view apartment is perfect for the newlywed’s owners. 

To reform this apartment into a lovely yet practical home for them, the designer did a great remodelling. The location of the existing kitchen and maid’s room make the living room narrow and long. The designer demolished both of them and rearrange the kitchen placed by the wall, leave the living room more spacious.

The new living room captured the gorgeous high level sea view. The designer intentionally make the seat faced towards the sea view, so the owners can enjoy the view while comfortably sitting on the sofa, more, part of the sofa serve as a bench with the dining table. Thus, every inch of the living room can be fully utilized, unlike the ordinary settings.

Both the master bedroom and the study room has been elevated using a hidden platform, which adds storage. When there are guests, the study room can turn into the guest bathroom. Along with the master bedroom, there is a small walk-in closet with the dressing desk, to fulfil the needs of the owners.
