The positioning on a small hill overlooking the sea at Ain el-Mreisseh liberates the building from its surroundings and gives it a 360 view of the sea to the north, the mountains to the east and Beirut urban fabric to the south.

Our concept was to create a unique approach consisting of an opening on the main John Kennedy Street in the north-south direction. This opening will help understand better the links of the site to the three different streets.
