The Jovell comprises of nine 8-storey blocks with a total of 428 apartments and features a resort theme. The irregular piece of land that The Jovell sits on adds character to the entire development. The site unfolds like an island resort with an extraordinary waterscape and lush tropical gardens that are just two of the features of this development. Set amongst sleek architecture, this is truly a place that one will love to call home.

From the grand entrance, what catches the eye is a 200-metre waterscape that meanders through the development. Oneunique feature is the beach-style swimmingbay. Gently sloping and with a texture that mimics a sandy feel underfoot, this area will definitely prove a hit amongst beach lovers.

The layouts at The Jovell are modern, adaptable and functional. The living spaces of each residence are spacious and bright and can be customised to the owner’s needs. Thoughtfully curated, every unit is an embodiment of luxury, where sophisticated features and clever details are seamlessly woven into the design.
