Ultraconfidentiel is thrilled to unveil its newest Social Spaces / Common Area project in partnership for a leading Real Estate Company in Delhi NCR, The Wave Group.

The Oakwood Club stands as a beacon of opulence, blending functionality with luxury for an unparalleled living experience. Nestled within Wave City's expansive spaces, this architectural masterpiece spans over 30,000 sq. ft. across three floors, serving as the crown jewel of the township's amenities. Our design team meticulously crafted every detail to reflect a lifestyle of elegance and exclusivity for those who accept no compromise.

Spatial planning was a key consideration in our design process, with a focus on maximizing the ground level's soaring ceilings and the axial symmetry of the central plunge pool and expansive terrace.

The clubhouse's interior and façade with its towering arched fenestrations adorn the façade, exuding an aura of timeless elegance while maintaining architectural unity. Guests are greeted by a seamless transition from the entrance porch to the reception area, culminating in the serene open-to-sky poolside.

The ground level boasts a plethora of amenities, including a banquet hall, a double-height squash court, a tranquil poolside spa, a sophisticated salon and an indoor play area for the youngest of visitors. The upper floors house state-of-the-art fitness and recreational facilities, offering residents a sanctuary for wellness and relaxation. Architectural elements such as arches, vaults, and fluted panelling adorn the walls, infusing the space with intimacy and warmth.

Pristine white marble flooring ties the spaces together seamlessly, enhancing the perception of volume and space.

Our design ethos embraced a soft-minimalist aesthetic, employing a palette of subtle pastel hues to create a serene ambiance conducive to community gatherings. Delicate rose-gold accents punctuate the design, highlighting key architectural features and adding a touch of refinement to the muted backdrop.
