Tiny house is an urban infill project in an abnormally small urban lot of Houston. The house is built as a bridge with a cantilevering front to free up space on the ground floor, stirring away from flooding and opening up space for outdoor entertainment and parking.
Open perspectives are generated by simply tilting a few walls of the interior towards the special sequence, providing an elegant procession of views towards the outside. Every inch of tiny house is a balance between programmatic efficiency and aesthetics.
This 1150 + sq house has double height over the living room space and custom designed ledges to exhibit art. Energy use was studied to be reduced to the max through the addition insulation that exceeds standards as well as ventilation/cooling systems more commonly used in south America than the US.
