Pierce Education Properties brought ID Studios in to collaborate with AVRP Studios on Topaz Apartments, a new, seven-story ground-up off-campus student housing building just steps from SDSU. Angular, blue graphics fill the two-story, glass-lined lobby and globe lights give the illusion of stars in the night sky.
